All our yoga training videos are professionally performed and recorded by our yoga Coach. When you purchase a subscription, you will receive a recorded video of our yoga training (digital version); no physical copies of products or other materials will be shipped or provided to you.
All yoga videos we make available to you are strictly for educational and entertainment purposes only. Although our yoga videos are based upon information that we consider reliable and endeavour to keep current, it does not warrant that the information or our videos are current or accurate at all times and it should not be relied upon as such. OUR YOGA VIDEOS ARE BASED ON PERSONAL WORKABLE EXPERIENCE. SUCCESS IN YOGA VARIES AS THERE ARE NO GENERAL RULE TO SUCCESSFULLY ATTAIN YOUR YOGA GOALS, WE ONLY SHARE OUR FORMULA BASED ON YEARS OF EXPERIENCE. YOUR DECISION TO APPLY OUR FORMULA AND TRAININGS ARE SOLELY AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION. To the extent permitted by law, we do not accept any responsibility arising in any way from errors in, or omissions from, this information.
SUBSCRIPTION, RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS
Dee Shwany Limited offers subscription services. For individual subscription through the website, a valid credit card will be required to complete the purchase and the amount of the purchase will be charged to the credit card.
Due to the digital nature of our products, all payments made to Dee Shwany Limited in connection with any subscription or account or service, are non-refundable; and Dee Shwany Limited does not offer, and is not required to provide any refunds or credits for any reason, including, without limitation, satisfaction or unavailability of a Client. You agree not to use our Services in any way that will tarnish our good public reputation or bring us any liability. We reserve the right to terminate, ban, and seek further legal actions against you if you breach any of these Terms.

We will take necessary steps to delete User Content from active use upon User request, this may include suppression of User content in our system. • I understand that the yoga services I will be receiving from Dee Shwany Limited does not substitute for professional mental health care or medical care or physical care and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health or medical complications. I also understand that my Dee Shwany Limited is not acting as a medical professional or a mental health counsellor.
• I understand that, at present, yoga training is an unregulated industry and that my Dee Shwany Limited is not licensed by any internationally recognised regulator. I also understand that for all legal purposes, the services provided by Dee Shwany Limited will be considered to be provided from any remote location worldwide or otherwise in the United Kingdom.
• I agree and understand that I am solely responsible for my well-being throughout my subscription period, and subsequently, including my choices and decisions.
• I understand that yoga training does not substitute for counselling, mental health care, psychoanalysis, psychotherapy, or substance abuse treatment, and I consent not use it in place of any form of therapy.
• I understand that all comments, ideas, and suggestions offered by Dee Shwany Limited are solely for the purpose of aiding me in achieving my defined goals. I have the ability to give my consent, and hereby give such consent to Dee Shwany Limited to assist me in achieving such goals and aims.
• I understand that to the extent the services from Dee Shwany Limited involves my personal and mental care, Dee Shwany Limited does not promise outcomes which includes but not limited to increased self-confidence/esteem, positive outlook in my health or well-being.
By purchasing a subscription from Dee Shwany Limited, I hereby release, waive, acquit and forever discharge Dee Shwany Limited, its agents, successors, assigns, personal representatives, executors, heirs and employees from every claim, injuries, suit action, demand or right to compensation for damages I may claim to have or that I may have arising out of acts or omissions by myself or Dee Shwany Limited resulting from the yoga training contemplated by this agreement. I further declare and represent that no promise, inducement, or agreement not expressed in this agreement has been made to me to sign this agreement. This agreement shall bind my heirs, executors, personal representatives, successors, assigns, and agents.
